Braydin was born and raised in the South end of Winnipeg and attended St. Paul’s High School followed by the University of Manitoba. After school he moved to Vancouver, BC where he managed 200+ employees and Airport Operations for WestJet Airlines. While in BC he closely followed real estate markets in Winnipeg & Vancouver. Braydin has invested multiple properties throughout Vancouver & Winnipeg, and it was this passion for real estate that brought him his wife and two dogs back to Winnipeg.. As Project Manager he is involved in the development from start to finish, and oversees the sales team for each development. Recent successful projects include: Okolita Park Bungalows, Annex Condos, Shadow Ridge Condos, and 139 Tuxedo.
After growing up and completing university in Winnipeg, Kiera relocated to Saskatchewan & become a Realtor, successfully working with new & resale, single family & condominiums, Obtaining her commercial license on top of her residential title allowed her to assist with buildings being purchased, converted and renovated into condos, & selling them individually. Within a few years, she quickly rose to become one of the top-producing agents within her brokerage. After 4 years, assisting over one hundred clients, turning over $15 million dollars in residential & commercial transactions, Kiera chose to move back to Winnipeg in 2013. With a desire to provide the absolute best experience one can have when buying/selling, Kiera strives constantly to produce full transparency & guided help through the real estate process. Her responsibilities within Newman Greenberg cover: organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
